Janice Leone is the president and principal of Corporate Interiors. The shape and the progression of Corporate Interiors has been fostered and guided by her expertise in workplace environments. She believes that the strategic essence of the company has been partnering with clients to transform their workplaces into a more agile “tool” to better support positive organizational change and financial growth. Janice has organizationally designed Corporate Interiors to provide a diverse range of product and service solutions to accommodate collaboration, productivity, technology integration, cost of ownership and work process challenges so notably present in today’s Corporate America.
The organization has prospered since its beginning 30 years ago, experiencing rapid revenue growth and expansion. Corporate Interiors has transitioned from a furniture dealership to an expansive workplace solution provider. The company currently represents Steelcase as well as over 200 additional manufacturers. It also provides comprehensive solutions for the workplace through such offerings as Renewed Environments, Corporate Interiors’ own furniture remanufacturing and new furniture manufacturing division which includes architectural millwork, modular casework, solid surface as well as Avolution it’s audio visual / technology division.
The provision of superior service related activities is essential to Corporate Interiors’ approach to the marketplace. According to Leone, the guiding principle within the Advance Services Group is to “ensure better yield out of current assets.” To that extent, Leone has designed and developed a service profile that is the envy of the tri-state area. Primary services ranging from delivery, installation and reconfiguration to storage/asset management, refurbishment activities and office relocation are the backbone of Corporate Interiors and the reason clients trust an organization that focuses on longevity rather than short-term gain.
Janice has been featured in the Philadelphia Business Journal and Smart Business – Winter 2014. Corporate Interiors has recently been awarded the Top 25 Women Owned Business in the yearly Philadelphia Book of Lists. In addition, The New Journal named it a Top Workplace among 24 others in Delaware.
