Shipping Damage

  • If your shipment is damaged, please call customer service at 1-800-690-9101 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We will work with you to determine the best course of action.

Track order shipment

  • Most of our products are make-to-order and ship in 6-8 business days.
  • Many of the higher-end furniture pieces have a longer lead time.  Each product page provides more specific shipping information.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 72 hours of shipment.
