Transforming Dynamics in the Exam Room: Designing for Mutual Participation

Healthcare

On Wednesday, January 18, Corporate Interiors and Steelcase will be hosting a CEU accredited breakfast event at our new WorkLife Studio in Wayne, PA. We invite you to participate and explore new research and insights in healthcare space design.

Exam rooms today require a new type of experience – one that builds on doctor-patient-family member collaboration. Steelcase Health researchers identified three dimensions to help solve tensions in today’s exam spaces.

In this course you’ll learn about these findings and discover a new Exam Room Diamond principle to help design spaces that do more. We’ll also review insight-led applications that encourage the activities, interactions and technologies for sustaining satisfying and effective health experiences.
