Corporate Interiors and Steelcase will be hosting movie night Friday, November 11th 6-8:30pm at our WorkBetterLab in Philadelphia. The feature film, Most Likely To Succeed, is a documentary following four high school students dubbed “most likely to succeed” through the course of their school year.
Our School System Was Developed in 1893.
The current educational system in the United States was developed a century ago during the rise of the industrial age. Once the envy of the world, it has since struggled to keep up with the world’s rapidly changing economy. Schools attempt to teach and test skills, but still leave graduates woefully unprepared for 21st Century life. The documentary focuses in on a school in San Diego that completely rethinks the experience of education. We’ll follow students, parents and teachers through a truly unique experience, that forces the audience to consider the sort of educational environment that is most likely to succeed in the 21st century.
