- Move Plan: CI will plan your move, attend project meetings and schedule your relocation, label/color code floor plans and schedule move meetings with your coordinators to ensure a flawless execution
- Packing: Prior to your relocation, packing carton and labels are available to pack the contents of desks, bookcases, files. Additional provisions can be made for CI to physically pack and unpack all contents.
- Pre-Move: A final walk-through prior to relocation to review the Move Plan is recommended to make any final changes.
- Tagging, Marking & Layout: Working off of your floor plan, a color-coding and numbering system will be used to identify each area of the floor and item to be relocated.
- Traffic: CI will be in contact with the building managers to ensure all logistical arrangements are coordinated.
